Tarek Hamwi

Tarek Hamwi is an Associate at Karawani Law Firm, where he has been involved in commercial, banking, and corporate matters since 2012. His practice includes advising financial institutions on banking transactions, commercial agreements, investment arrangements, and regulatory matters. He has provided legal advice to several prominent financial institutions, including Al Baraka Bank – Syria, Bank of Jordan – Syria, Al Iskan Bank – Jordan and Bahrain, First Microfinance Institution – Syria, and Al Ibdaa Bank – Syria.
