His experience includes advising on the establishment of Ahlan LLC, a minimarket chain for Binladen Group, and licensing Alrakia Food Company LLC for food manufacturing under Syria’s investment law. He has also advised on the licensing of Inmaa for Project Development, a real estate development company established under the applicable Syrian legal framework, as well as real estate projects including The Address in Yafour and projects for Builders Company.
Mohamad has also been involved in complex commercial and investment projects, including advising on the development of a hospital in Jableh involving Syrian doctors and Polish partners. His role included project structuring, negotiations, preparation of legal documentation, and ongoing legal support during project implementation.
