Abdullah advises clients on a broad range of legal matters in the UAE, combining practical legal guidance with a strong focus on risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and effective dispute resolution.
His key practice areas include Corporate & Companies Law, covering company formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and regulatory compliance; Commercial Law, including commercial contracts, trade regulations, joint ventures, and business transactions; and Labour & Employment Law, encompassing employment contracts, labour disputes, workplace compliance, and HR policies.
